The US figure is only part of the bill. The ASPS states that an American total is made of three separate bills — the surgeon, the anaesthetist and the facility — and only the first is in the column above. No US body publishes the combined figure, so we print the part that is published and label what is missing rather than estimating it. Turkish package contents differ between providers, so check what each price includes.
