Corrections Policy

How to report an inaccuracy, what happens after you do, and how a correction is checked before it is published.

If you find something inaccurate — a factual error, an outdated price, an out-of-date verification status, or a broken source link — tell us via our contact page.

What happens after you report something

  1. The report is logged against the specific page and field.
  2. A member of the editorial (or, for medical claims, medical review) team checks it against the original source.
  3. If the report is correct, the page is corrected.
  4. You'll receive a reply confirming what was changed, or an explanation if we didn't make a change.

Provider-reported corrections

A doctor or facility can request a correction to their own factual details (address, credentials, services) through the same process. We verify the correction independently before publishing it — a provider's own say-so is not sufficient for a verified field.
