What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), country, preferred city, procedure of interest, and any message you choose to add. Health details and photographs are optional: we collect them only if you choose to add them and give separate consent on the form, which explains how they are stored and when they are deleted — see also our data-minimisation approach below.

How we use it

We use this information to route your enquiry to matched providers and to follow up with you about it. We do not sell personal data.

WhatsApp and enquiry sources

With every enquiry we record where it came from: the page you were on, the button you used, the surgeon, hospital, procedure or city that page was about, the page you first landed on in this visit, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link. This tells our team what you were looking at when you got in touch, so the reply is about the right surgeon and the right operation.

Pressing a WhatsApp button records the same details, with a short reference (for example TPS-4K7Q2) that is written into the message WhatsApp opens. No name, phone number or IP address is stored at that point; the reference is what links your first message to the page you pressed it on. If you go on to chat with us, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.

The page and campaign details for your visit are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.

Data minimisation

Sensitive information is collected only when strictly necessary, held with access controls, and retained only as long as needed to service the enquiry, consistent with a privacy-by-design approach.
