Who this case belongs to

Each case appears on the pages of the procedure, surgeon and facility named here.

All-on-4 replaces a whole arch of teeth with a fixed bridge supported by four dental implants. A photograph shows the finished teeth, but not the implants, the bone beneath them or the planning behind the position of the bridge.

What to look at in an All-on-4 before-and-after

Look at the teeth as a whole: do they look natural in size and shape, and does the line of the smile follow the lip? Then look at the gum line and where the bridge meets it, because a bridge that is too long or too bulky can look artificial and be harder to clean.

Check the photographs from the front and, if available, from the side, and look at whether the teeth are visible in the same way when the person smiles and speaks. The bite and the fit of the bridge cannot be judged from a picture.

Results vary between patients. Images should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a similar outcome.

One case is not a forecast

One person's result reflects their anatomy, their healing and the technique chosen for them. It is not evidence of what your own result would be — only an in-person assessment can tell you that.
